Be effective at the right time

Be effective at the right time
Become aware of the importance of the mind, and understand the key success factors to improve your game. It is a question of giving you protocols so that your mental preparation for golf is directly exportable on the course.


Organization of the course:
Show and teach you first-hand on the pitch what champions are doing and thinking in training and competition. By what methods do they manage to use their brain to full capacity, reach the zone of optimal state of concentration and confidence.


Intro (9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.):
• Determination of each person's objectives
• What is focus?
• How does performance work?
• The link between trust and purpose,
• Competent unconsciousness.


Concentration and self-confidence (10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
How and what to focus on Putting and short game:
• The ability to clearly determine the target: setting up success routines specific to each person,
• Modeling of trust,
• Post routines and creating success anchors. Practice:
• Exercises that generate concentration,
• How to be unconsciously competent on command,
• Training protocols,
• What are your strengths?


Lunch at the Golf brasserie

Managing goals and emotions (2 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

9-hole course:
• Application on the course of the principles seen in the morning during training,
• The ability to make the right strategic choices,
• Permission to play,
• Play to our strengths.

An internship co-hosted by Nathalie NOLEN and Jean-Philippe VAILLANT

With Natalie Nolen.
Sophro-analyst therapist in Amiens and mental coach at the Belle Dune golf course. Master practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), practitioner in DNR (method of deep neurological restructuring using EMDR, EFT...) and certified mental coach "Mental Gagnant". She also teaches Mindfulness Meditation.

And Jean-Philippe Vaillant.
Coach and mental trainer of professional golf and tennis players on the international circuits (ATP, WTA, European Tour and the Ladies European Tour) Jean-Philippe Vaillant acts as a speaker and is the author of numerous books on sports performance such as "Golf, you are much better than you think” published by Mental Gagnant.Introduction (9h30 – 10h30) :

La gestion des objectifs et des émotions (14h – 16h30)

Parcours 9 trous :
• Application sur le parcours des principes vus le matin à l'entraînement,
• La capacité à faire les bons choix stratégiques,
• La permission de jouer,
• Jouer avec nos points forts.

Durée : une journée
2 jours possibles au choix : soit le samedi 8 octobre soit le dimanche 9 octobre
