Introduction to macrophoto (1 day)
In June lots of flowers awaken, attracting a multitude of insects. Dragonflies, grasshoppers, butterflies, orchids… which will become the object of your photographic conquests! A new mini world to discover, learn and immortalise…

Introduction to ornithological photography (1 day)
Observe, get to know, then photograph … in the obligatory order … the practice of a wildlife photograph! This course gives you a good base in photo materials, the techniques to be on the lookout and knowledge of the birds, with a particularly warm atmosphere in a small group.
23 October, 6 November, by reservation
Introduction course to nature photography (2 days)
After a rapid run-through the new techniques, the essential part of the course is in the field. We benefit from horizontal beams of light from sunrise to sunset. The many waders gather in the Bay of the Somme; the period of high tide, the occasion is ideal to capture these unique moments.

From April to June – installation reserved for photographers (confirmed amateurs), by reservation.

01/01 to 03/01 and from 16/01 to 31/01: every day from 10am to 5pm (ticket office closes at 3pm)
01/02 to 31/03: every day from 10am to 6pm (ticket office closes at 4pm)
01/04 to 31/09: every day from 10am to 7:30pm (ticket office closes at 5pm)
01/10 to 15/11: every day from 10am to 6pm (ticket office closes at 4pm)
16/11 to 31/12: every day from 10am to 5pm (ticket office closes at 3pm)
Note, closing for maintenance from 4 to 15 January inclusive

Activities and services
Introductory tour
The introductions for individuals are organised every day at 10:30am and at 2pm (departing from the Park House). Accompanied by a guide, you will familiarise yourself with the common species of the Bay of the Somme (duration around 1h).
Guided tours
Learn how to observe fauna and flora and which places in the Parc du Marquenterre are of greatest interest at different times of the year.
Nature instruction
Are you an instructor, student, researcher, member of a works council or an association? Would you like to have your students or colleagues learn about the Parc du Marquenterre? Our teaching team will be happy to work with you to put together a customized program adapted to your needs.

Naturalist trips
For two or three days, experience nature’s rhythm and follow our scientific guides to learn about the fauna and flora of the Baie de Somme. Share in a real life adventure from dawn to dusk as you experience some of the wildlife’s high points. Our teaching team will put together specific programs for you, in keeping with the seasons: spring and fall migrations, wintering and nesting.
