Want to eat out

In Baie de Somme, nature has taste. Our charming restaurants will welcome you all year round in unique locations where nature is a real inspiration to our chefs.

So British!

The Restaurant du Lac is set in the Belle Dune Golf Course Club House and has a definite British feel. Open to all, whether you are here to play golf or not, it serves family cooking and has menus to suit children and grown-ups. The chef's speciality is Welsh rarebit, 100% Cheddar, that’ll warm you up! You will also find local products and Picardy specialities such as a pot of marinière mussels and the Bay platter.

A remarkable setting

Here, the setting is cosy and the atmosphere warm. At the bar, you have a view of the dunes and the maritime pines on the course. Unless you prefer to watch a golf tournament on the screens of course. When the weather is good, enjoy the terrace with a view of the lake for a pleasant break.

Enjoy seasonal cuisine

In a room that opens on large bay windows, the Table du Cap welcomes you to taste traditional cuisine inspired by the Bay. The chef, Didier Coppier, in on a mission to enable the public to "discover regional flavours". Although he is inspired by his grandmother's cooking, he loves to "reinvent the local recipes linked to the Bay" and "put together some surprises" for his guests...

The Bay in your plate

On the menu, you will of course find the regional products from the land and the sea. Fish tartare, lemon emulsion, Bigalan (potato pie) and its salad, tasty grilled duck skewers and fisherman's pot, not forgetting the seafood platters or dishes. For dessert, be tempted by an Apple Rabote (apple in pastry) with its salt butter toffee ice cream, or the beer tart.

Taste the garden's delights

Forget all that you have already tasted and awaken your taste buds At La Table du Jardinier, the head chef, Ludovic Dupont, is a gatherer. Every morning in the garden, he gathers the edible flowers and herbs that will inspire the day's dishes. You are presented with a delicious mix of surprising tastes and unusual colours.

Seasonal delights

Every three month, the menu changes: new vegetable fritters in the spring, mushroom casserole in the autumn... and always a favourite, soup is on the menu: creamy nettle soup and nasturtium cake around the fireplace in the midst of winter and iced soup in the warm weather, on the terrace. Although vegetables hold pride of place, the restaurant does not overlook meat and fish.
As for the desserts, they are irresistible! Floral pancakes with rose or violet syrup, seasonal fruit tarts, rose sorbet... To drink, have the walnut wine for aperitif, the fruit or vegetable juice or try the buckthorn tea as a digestif.
